KCAI orientation materials
I took on the task of redesigning the orientation materials for the Kansas City Art Institute. These materials informed upcoming students about the college campus, available majors and additional resources. Freshmen received an orientation viewbook, an admissions fold-out poster, department information cards and a KCAI sketchbook.
The goal of the orientation viewbook was give an in-depth look into the majors that are available at KCAI, while also providing information about expectations, campus life, and available resources.
The admissions fold-out poster was designed to offer a quick preview of available majors, student accomplishments and additional information about the school and Kansas City area. The document also folded out to reveal a poster of student work on the back; a nice homecoming present for any students dorm.
In addition to the informational material, I designed a sketchbook that was given to upcoming students as a token of gratitude for applying and to excite upcoming students to create. The inside of the cover displays information about the school and a checklist of things that each student would need to complete before attending KCAI.
